Over her two decades in business, she's delivered 7,000+ hours of training time, and trained over 100 trainers in various organizations, developing their skills and how they think about themselves, others, and their environment. Jean co-created The Professional Development Project, a pilot program for Women and Minorities designed exclusively for ESPN in 2004. The following year, she worked with World Vision to create a Stress Awareness Life Training Initiative, designed to support field workers in communities affected by HIV/AIDS.
Jean also co-founded Culture ROI and developed their Quantum training program, materials, and resources for corporate clients and several non-profit and humanitarian organizations. Her three areas of focus:
Prior to becoming a leadership development professional, Jean spent 15 years in the commercial insurance industry, ranging from negotiating International Oil & Gas business at Marsh New York, to Vice President of Marketing for a brokerage firm specializing in construction and hospitality in Northern California Jean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from St. Mary's College in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her studies included two years of liberal arts and philosophy at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and two years of marketing and international business studies at Loyola Marymount in upstate New York. She is also a Certified NLP Practitioner.
